Programme Overview
This programme prepares aspiring cabin crew members and air hostesses/stewards for roles in commercial aviation, private charter, and luxury hospitality operations. The curriculum covers professional grooming, passenger service excellence, safety awareness, cross-cultural communication, and the personal standards required to represent an airline, corporate jet operator, or hospitality brand with distinction.
This course does not cover technical piloting, aircraft engineering, or maintenance. It is designed exclusively around the service, presentation, and interpersonal dimensions of the cabin crew role.
